Opera Pastry


Traditional Opera Cake is decorated with its name written in glaze or royal icing across the top and finished with a piece of shimmering edible gold leaf. For the Roadrunner it is decorated with each individual piece so that each guest receives an elegant little masterpiece.

Ingredients: Unbleached all-purpose flour,ground almonds,baking powder,egg,cream of tartar,sugar,vanilla extract,unsalted butter, sugar, corn syrup,  coffee, melted and tempered chocolate etc.
